Robust Structure: The antenna mast is made of high-strength cast iron with a triple-bolt locking system, laboratory tested to withstand loads exceeding 23 kg. The support body undergoes eight anti-corrosion processes, with a surface treated with an automotive-grade electrophoretic coating, resistant to corrosion from the brackish air of coastal areas. The unique three-point load-bearing structure increases wind resistance up to level 12, ideal for installations in high-wind-pressure environments such as rooftops.
Universal Installation Solution: The antenna mast includes a dual wall/column mounting kit with a 360° rotating plate. Wall mounting is compatible with concrete, wood, and brick structures and comes with a set of M8 stainless steel expansion anchors. For column mounting, a dual U-bolt system is provided for tubes with diameters from 32 to 50 mm. Our exclusive quick-release system allows you to complete the installation mode change in 3 minutes. The included positioning template improves drilling accuracy by 90%. Universal device design: Tested on multiple configurations, it perfectly supports Starlink Gen2/Gen3 satellite dishes, radio bridges, and other devices. The V-groove secures cylindrical/square device rods with an adjustment range of 35 to 80 mm. The specially developed multi-hole mounting plate is compatible with standard AREMA/ASTM distances, allowing direct installation of leading brand devices without additional adapters. One-stop installation kit: The kit contains professional installation accessories: expansion screws (for concrete), a set of 304 stainless steel carpenter screws, a set of 2.5-inch pipe terminals (with anti-slip rubber bearings), a leveling calibrator, and more. Each accessory is individually vacuum-sealed.
Precision adjustment system: Equipped with an industrial worm gear and helical wheel mechanism, it allows for precise tilt angle adjustments down to 1°. Horizontal rotation offers an unlimited 720° range, with a graduated scale and locking button. The exclusive micrometer mode, thanks to a precision gear train, allows for millimeter-level adjustments, particularly ideal for aligning satellite dishes.
