The after-sales service is zero, when I ask to return the part for a refund I am told that the withdrawal period is 15 days. Except that this "failure" due to the bad contactor required the intervention of enedis and professionals to be identified, so more than 15 days.

Visit the HAGER storeHager is a German family business, founded in 1955 by the Hager family; one of the descendants of the founders, Oswald Hager and his brother Hermann, continue to run the company. Hermann Hager lived for many years in Obernai, Alsace, where he managed one of the group's factories. Hager therefore produces in France and Germany. Hager is based in Ensheim, in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, 50 km from the border, where the company designs its products. Hager develops its products according to the idea of structural design, which promotes products that are both stylish and ergonomic.
Innovation is very high, with 65% of all products less than 3 years old, and 170 new patents filed each year. The company has set up Innovation Days to give employees the opportunity to share their creativity and participate in the development of their company.
