General description

The High Flow Manual Pressure Reducing Valve 98209800 is designed for use with various pool and spa filter assemblies, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance. This valve is compatible with Warrior, EasyClean Below Ground, EasyClean, FNS, FNS Plus, SMBW 2000 and 4000 filters, as well as DE spa filters. It is also suitable for Pentair Clean and Clear filters (ccp100, ccp320, ccp420, ccp520), Quad DE 60, 80, and 100, and all Predator filters used with them.

Installation

No special tools required for installation

Remove the meter cover and wrap it with Teflon tape

Insert the 98209800 directly into the air relief valve assembly

Insert the rubber O-ring and place the valve into the filter location

Turn the exhaust valve clockwise until it stops to release air

After releasing air and water, return the valve to its original position

Usage

Designed with a clearly marked sliding gauge to indicate when the filter needs cleaning

Ensures no air remains in the filter after operation
