Instructions:
Surface Measurement Method: Select a suitable measurement location, avoid stones, ensure the steel probe does not touch any hard objects, cut the surface layer according to the required measurement depth, maintain the original soil seal and Hold the sensor. Insert the sensor vertically into the soil. Do not shake it from side to side during insertion. It is recommended to measure the average over a small range from one measurement point.
Buried measurement method: Dig a pit vertically with a diameter > 20 cm/7.9 inches. Insert the sensor's steel probe horizontally into the pit wall to a specified depth. Fill the pit completely and stabilize it for several days, months, or even longer periods of measurement and recording.
