Description
With this skewers counterweight set, you have the perfect accessory for grilling skewers. Whether grilling meat or chicken, sometimes the skewers may not be perfectly centered, resulting in an imbalance. This causes the skewers to rotate unevenly on the grill, leading to uneven grilling. With this skewers counterweight, you can counteract this imbalance and ensure smooth rotation of the skewers.
How to use?
Place the food to be grilled (as evenly as possible) on the skewers, then slide the counterweight onto the skewers (do not tighten it yet!). It doesn't matter whether the counterweight rotates inside or outside the cooking cavity.
Now, insert the skewer with the food (meat, chicken, etc.) into the grilling device (e.g., a groove on the side wall of a gas grill). If there is an imbalance, you will notice that the more unbalanced side tilts downwards.Place the counterweight vertically upwards (opposite to the unbalanced side).
Rotate the L-shaped bar to secure the counterweight.
Depending on the degree of imbalance, slide the counterweight along the L-shaped rod and fix it in place to compensate for the food's imbalance.
