The product looked good upon opening the packaging. The problem is that the 8 x m6 countersunk screws are too short (10mm) so the sliding support rod cannot be fixed to the wall. I have tried to follow the feedback route and failed to upload my simple photographs explaining very clearly the problem. (pdf failed, jpeg failed) These m6 screws should be at least 12 mm long as they sit in a 5mm disc and screws into a 8mm disc, 5+8=13mm, these 10mm screws won't even pick up on a thread in the tapped hole making it impossible to assemble the rod to the wall. Frustrated with the feedback system more than the fact the product doesn't work unless these screws are replaced.
