HOMCOM 4-Piece Kids Table and Chair Set with 2 Wooden Chairs, 1 Storage Bench Natural

This was a present for my parents to their great grandchildren, chosen by my daughter and bought via me. Unfortunately, my daughter was very disappointed . She had chosen your company, and to pay a bit more than she might otherwise have done, expecting good quality. She found so many faults that she will be requesting a return rather than a refund. She did say that it's a shame because it looks very nice.

Ok so I am on the fence with this product. Firstly delivery was a little random. Product arrived in two separate boxes. One box was delivered to a neighbour and the other box left outside my property (that’s not a complaint as a lot of my parcels are left outside). Strange how two boxes to complete one product had arrived in different deliveries. I guess the problem I have is that the table is tiny, like really tiny. Ok I read the measurements to get an understanding of the final product size however when the seats were all built and placed around the table my 4yr old invited some friends of a similar age over for lunch only to find that it was near in impossible to fed them all separately. In the end we had to have one central plate and a finger buffet with no side plates. This is not a complaint, this is an observation. Clearly the build quality is as you would expect from a Mano Mano product, again not a complaint, just an observation. You get a quality that you pay for and this was purchased when reduced in price. Finally the instructions were pretty bad, literally an A4 sheet with multiple instructions per box on the page. A lot of the construction was completed by trial and error.

Table & chairs very easy to put together. Bench a bit harder to put together. Grandchildren love it.

Quality is not worth the price. Bench lid are not in leve and cracks in wood
