the air conditioning unit arrived very quickly,the cool air flow is excellent,but the big downside is the outlet pipe,its too rigid and would think most people have to attach it and hang it out the window.its flimsy and fiddly to atach and very easily gets detached.i think if pipe was flexible and the atachment a bit more sturdy would make it a five star product.

The exhaust hose isn't quite long enough to reach the window, but with a bit of innovation it was up and running. Cooled the living room down well. Paul

I was a bit dubious how good this would be for the money, and I have to admit, it is great value at twice the price, the picture doesn't show the hose so there is the hose to deal with, but that's the same for all aircon units I think? It's not over complicated, just cool, fan or dry, with 2 speeds, the low setting is still quite fast, and of course temp control for the cool stetting (goes as low 16 degrees C) very sturdy and feels like a quality item, I would buy another in heartbeat :-)

Extremely happy with this product. Small, powerful and one of the lightest I found for the price. Will be purchasing a second unit

how to remove library but I have breathing problems cannot read when it gets too hot

Great quality for the price. Quite compact and cools the master bedroom very quickly. Very happy with it :) I am also very happy with the manomano service and delivery as this item arrived earlier and right when it was starting to get warm in london :)
