Published on 15/09/2020, United KingdomThe product is of good quality. However, when referring to the assembly guides on line, the product is not listed and I could find no comparative guide. The assembly instructions for the reel are shown on the box in which it is delivered and are reasonably readable. The assembly fitments (nuts ,bolts, screws etc) are in plastic packets and easily found. Whilst I found the assembly instructions fairly understandable, i appear to be missing one or two parts, and have contacted both the supplier and Hozelock themselves for assistance. So far the results have been disappointing.

Published on 29/05/2020, United KingdomI now have three of these reels on the farm and they are the best I have found. Just replaced one that I reversed into, it’s been there for fifteen years.
