General description

Hozelock Bokashi Composter Bin is designed to turn all kitchen waste into nutrient-rich compost within days. This 15-liter composter allows for 100% home composting, helping you reduce landfill waste. It can ferment all food waste, including fish and meat, in an airtight container with the addition of Bokashi Bran, producing a rich fermenting liquid that serves as a fertilizer and a base for compost.

Usage

1. Pour in your food waste.

2. Pack the waste to eliminate air pockets.

3. Place 20g of Bokashi activator between each layer of waste and close the lid.

4. Collect the liquid fertilizer every 3-5 days (dosage 1/100).

5. Once the Bokashi is filled, leave to ferment for 14 days, then empty the contents into a garden compost bin or bury it in the ground.

*Depending on the waste, it may take longer to extract the juice.
