General Description

The digital resistance isolator is a multifunctional test instrument for measuring insulation resistance and AC/DC voltage, with advanced features such as absorption ratio, polarization index, and automatic discharge. It features a large, backlit digital display for high stability and reliability and can store up to 100 sets of data. The device requires no batteries and is powered by eight 1.5V AA batteries. Therefore, it is ideal for testing transformers, motors, cables, switches, and other electrical equipment, as well as insulation materials.

              Usage

              1. Battery Installation: Insert eight 1.5V AA batteries into the battery compartment (not included).
              2. Test Voltage Selection: Use the "UP/DOWN" buttons to set the desired test voltage (250V, 500V, 1000V, 2000V, 2500V).
              3. Cable Connections: Connect the test leads and alligator clips to the appropriate terminals on the device and the equipment under test.
              4. Measurement: Start the test and read the insulation resistance or voltage value on the digital display. For advanced testing, use the absorption ratio or polarization index functions.
              5. Data Storage: Save measurement data for later review.
