A 3-wire ball level switch is designed to control the operation and shutdown of a pump, as well as to provide alarm and shut-off functions in case of water shortage. This device opens and closes the pump's power supply circuit, either directly or via a relay. The distance between the float and the cable attachment point determines the regulating differential. It is suitable for clear water and offers excellent resistance in more heavily contaminated water.
