I didn't receive the correct product; it doesn't match the description at all. However, there were no problems with the refund.

The description on your website, including the drawing, is completely wrong. The diagram states a diameter of 137 mm, but the one I received is 160 mm, making it impossible to install! Please review your descriptions and update your information!

The delivered product does not match the description, with significantly different dimensions, rendering it unusable. On the other hand, the supplier acted appropriately, offering a refund and even neglecting the return of the defective product. In total, for me, it was a considerable waste of time, pointless computer troubleshooting, and the need to start all over again.

The product arrived quickly and is fully compatible with my application. It fits perfectly in my 6-way valve. I also have spare gaskets in the kit, which I didn't need to replace at the moment.
