General description

The reusable tile leveling system includes 100 tile levelers and a special key, making it an excellent choice for floor or wall installation. It is easy to use with the special key for securing or dismantling tiles. The T-shaped needle is made from high-quality PP plastic and stainless steel 403, ensuring durability and reusability. This system enhances installation speed and reduces installer fatigue while ensuring flatness between tiles and preventing irregularities.

Installation

Place the first tile near the adjacent tile with a distance of more than 2 mm.

Insert the T-shaped needle along the tile gap.

Rotate the needle 180 degrees.

Ensure the T-shaped axis is attached to the bottom of both tiles.

Adjust the wedges with your hand or the special key until both tiles are level.

Approximately 5-6 hours before the cement/adhesive sets completely, turn the caps in the opposite direction to remove them.

Usage

The tile leveling system improves the speed of ceramic tile installation, reduces grinding and polishing time, and prevents tiles from moving during the curing process. It effectively addresses floor cracking issues and provides a level surface.
