For even freezing, be sure to place the freezer bowl on a flat surface and in an upright position. Freezing time is usually between 16 and 24 hours. Shake the bowl to see if it is completely frozen. If you do not feel the liquid moving in the bowl, the refrigerant is frozen. To get the most convenient frozen desserts and drinks, you can leave the freezer bowl in the freezer at all times.
