Published on 18/06/2026, FranceVery good, but the water measurement is very sensitive. Do not use the measuring cup; weigh the water (to the gram: too dry and it clogs, too wet and it sticks). I use it 3 times a week, 45g of water for 100g of T45 wheat flour, and it works perfectly. By the time the water boils, the pasta is ready to go.
