I bought this towel radiator for my newly renovated bathroom but it is the most useless radiator I have come across the two verticle sidebars heat up but nothing else happens. Where the towels hang the bars remain cold so they do not warm or dry towels. Really disappointed as you can only see if something works once it is fitted, my electrician finally fitted it to the mains yesterday and that's when I realised what a complete waste of money it had all been to pay the plumber to install while remodeling the bathroom then the electrician not to mention buying the product. The only bits that heat up are the two vertical bars and about 10cm of the Horizontal bars.
