The spot welder control module is designed for the hobbyist or casual battery welder. It is primarily used for welding individual nickel-plated cells or batteries. The module includes a main board and display panel, as well as an optional 40A and 100A bidirectional thyristor. Welding transformers, welding pens, and other tools are not included. Voltage Calibration: Voltage calibration must be performed the first time. Calibration is no longer necessary as long as the module's power transformer has not been replaced. Of course, if the voltage is incorrect, you can also calibrate it. Calibration Operation: Press the encoder button, then power on the module and enter the calibration interface. The first option allows you to adjust the flashing value. Adjust using the short encoder. After three adjustments, briefly press the encoder to enter the operating interface. For example, if the measurement voltage is 220V, the calibration interface can be set to 220V. 2. Display Interface Digital Setting: Briefly press the encoder button until the corresponding value flashes. Briefly press the encoder again to access the working interface. In the working interface, if the calculated value is greater than 0, press and hold the encoder for approximately 3 seconds to clear the value.
