Love my new fire so many nice colours fan is quite loud and remote is small and can be easily broken but other then that love it

The Fire came well packaged and I installed it myself. It is quite noisy in operation of the fan and once warmed it vibrates noisily. The choice of back lighting and flame effect are impressive for display. The Noise and vibration do spoil it for me. I have tried to reduce the vibration by applying sound deadening to the rear (Self Adhesive) and it helped considerably. I hope this helps.

I Absolutely love my fire I’ve been after one for ages then i moved house and wanted a nice fire but was on a tight budget Then I came across this site I was amazed wit how cheap things was and the Quality is outstanding I’ve had so many comments from friends and family and now they want one i never heard or seen this site before but im on all the time looking at what’s on offer and since placed more orders the delivery was so fast

Tha fire is very nice, simple to use and looks good. Had a problem with the instalation as the instructions said remove 2 screws and lift off ths glass, this was not the case. I contacted the supplier who were very helpful and discovered it was 6 screws not 2. All sorted now thanks to the customer service person.
