🚨 Common Problems and Troubleshooting

Symptoms: Headlights too high/low, warning light, no automatic leveling

Common Causes:
① Broken or loose link
② Deformed bracket
③ Wet or rusty connector
④ Incorrect orientation during installation
⑤ No reset (Basic Setting) after replacement

Quick Check:
① Check that the link is straight and that the ball joint has no play.
② Are the connector contacts oxidized or dirty?
③ Measure the voltage using a multimeter.

After replacement, a basic adjustment procedure with a diagnostic tool (e.g., VCDS/ODIS) is mandatory.
