1. Don't be afraid of the smell

Some rugs give off a chemical plastic smell after unpacking. The smell is due to the fact that we store the rugs wrapped in plastic film in our warehouse. Don't worry about the smell, which is non-toxic and will evaporate within a few days. To make the smell disappear faster, place the rug in a well-ventilated room.

2. Laying the rug

Does your rug have unsightly wrinkles or ripples? Don't panic! Our rugs are rolled or folded for storage and will take some time to flatten completely. You can speed up the process by unrolling the rug several times (with the pile facing down). (outside). No need to rush: wait a few days for your new accessory to acclimate.

3. Cleaning Tip: Coffee

Blot up as much coffee as possible with a cotton cloth or paper towel. Then treat the stain with diluted ammonia.

4. Cleaning Tips: Red Wine

Immediately absorb as much liquid as possible with a cotton cloth or paper towel, if possible. Then treat the stain with a special stain remover. Finally, dab the stain with white wine.
