In the field of tightening there is competition and a choice that can leave undecided, but Bessey has an excellent reputation and rightly so. It was at manomano that I found my latest acquisition at the best price: the EZR 15-6 “one-handed” press (which comes in addition to the many clamps already in my possession…) at less than 50€ per pair. A little bulky it is true, but I chose this press for its versatility, the Bessey quality (solid, powerful and ingenious), its use with one hand (very interesting for easily fixing a part vertically on the peripheral rail of a Festool MFT table) and its price. Of course it cannot be used in the holes of an MFT table but for that I already have Festool FS-HZ 160 clamps (at more than 47€ each…). I hesitated to take the Bessey for multifunction table TW-KLI but they are of limited use (and still sold around 40€ each…) or the Festool MFT-HZ80 which have the advantage of not being bulky on an MFT table (but at least 42€ each...)
