I don't know what the product is like; the remote control is missing from the package. I've asked dozens of times now (both Mano Mano customer service and the seller) for the remote control to be sent back, but I've gotten strange responses, such as dismantling the chandelier and returning it, or placing a new order for the chandelier, keeping the remote, and sending the second chandelier back. I'd have to pay for the new order, but why?
