Versatile applications

The silicone tape is flexible and conforms to any material and shape; it adheres even to dirty, oily, or wet surfaces.

Clean the surface to which you are applying the tape, the part to be repaired, and your hands so that dust, grease, or other substances do not impair the tape's self-vulcanizing properties.

Note: In case of high pressure in the hose, the tape must be wrapped tightly several times (at least 10 times). When applied correctly, our self-sealing silicone tape can withstand pressures up to 20 bar. Application example: To achieve the desired tensile strength at water pressures up to 10 bar, we recommend wrapping the 1 mm thick tape at least twice and the 0.5 mm thick tape at least four times. A brief press is sufficient. It becomes airtight and watertight within seconds. Tip: Dirt particles can accumulate after holding the end of the strap for an extended period. These can prevent the end from adhering properly to the strap. In this case, simply cut off the excess.
