Description
Magnetic Fireplace and Stove Thermometer This magnetic thermometer has a built-in magnet on the back, allowing it to be attached to the top or side of the stove. Important notes: When using single wall chimney pipes, do not attach them directly to the stove grate. Place the thermometer 45 cm above the stove. The normal operating temperature range for most wood stoves is between 300°F and 650°F (approximately 149°C to 343°C). Temperatures below 300°F (149°C) result in incomplete combustion, producing smoke and accelerating tar buildup in the chimney. Temperatures above 650°F (343°C) result in significant heat loss, consuming more wood without effectively raising the interior temperature.
