The Makita ADP10 XGT 40V to LXT 18V Charger Adaptor allows you to charge your 18V LXT batteries using the DC40RA XGT charger. This innovative adaptor is designed to provide fast charging capabilities, making it a perfect solution for users who need to charge their LXT batteries quickly and efficiently.

Installation

Simply connect the ADP10 adaptor to the DC40RA XGT charger.

Insert the compatible LXT battery into the adaptor for charging.

Usage

This adaptor enables you to charge your LXT batteries faster than with any existing LXT fast chargers. For example, a 5.0Ah or 6.0Ah 18V LXT battery can be fully charged within 40 minutes using the DC40RA charger, compared to 55 minutes with a standard LXT fast charger.

Other information

The charger features two fans for forced cooling of the battery and the charging circuit, preventing high temperatures and extending battery life.

The LED light on the XGT charger indicates the charging status.

With the adapter, I only need one charger on the construction site. The best thing about it is that the 18 V batteries charge even faster.
