An air circulator works in the same way as a fan. Indeed, both are mainly used to circulate ambient air to cool a room.

Thanks to its much larger dimensions compared to a traditional fan, the air circulator is more suitable for large rooms. It is more commonly found in professional environments, in offices or on construction sites. Due to its large size, it is less frequently used for personal use. To meet all needs, different versions are available.

- The mobile extractor fan is equipped with wheels, providing great mobility. Some manufacturers combine it with an extraction hose to allow it to be installed discreetly away from the area to be ventilated.

- The dryer fan is particularly dedicated to construction. This air circulator accelerates the drying time of construction materials such as concrete, mortar, or plaster. It can also be used after water damage.

- The hot air introducer heater is used in the agricultural sector. It is designed to heat rooms that cannot withstand rapid temperature drops.

Furthermore, it is advisable to consider the characteristics of the air circulator before choosing. Indeed, it is necessary to size it according to the needs:

- its power, expressed in Watts (W), ranges from 65 to 4,100 W and the more powerful the equipment, the more its blades can deliver a significant air flow;

- the air flow produced, ranging from 9 to 5,000 m³/h, determines the volume of air circulated within an hour, knowing that 6,000 m³/h is needed for a 20 m² room.

Thus, the air circulator is a useful device for optimizing comfort. The choice of the appropriate model depends on the needs to be met.
