This tool offers higher productivity than the BHR202 model, utilizing an efficient Brushless DC motor that reduces energy loss by 30 percent. The unique rubber joint construction minimizes vibration transmission to battery terminals, reducing the risk of battery failures.

This is a heavy, bulky unit, but is still better than messing with hoses, etc for dust extraction. My plan was to use a small combi drill for the little jobs and use this for pretty much everything else but the jury is still out as to whether or not I will be able to do this. Usual Makita quality, just not sure it will meet all my needs.
