Good, efficient product but uses a lot of energy. Plan on having a good stock of batteries, at least 6 per 1000m2.

It seemed a good idea, already having a brush cutter, a drill and a set of batteries from the same brand... unfortunately for around 800m2 you need at least 2 sets of batteries or even 3 if you don't want to spend the day there while waiting recharging...but hey, ok we adapt. But when the machine starts to vibrate intensely after 3 or 4 mowings, due to loose screws which hinder the rotation of the blade (late diagnosis after stopping the engine), and finally no longer starts! After-sales service return with delivery by carrier to your home: nothing to say. Same return after several weeks in high season...engine exchange by Makita after-sales service, test ok when returning from vacation...for 15 minutes, then same vibration... By disassembling the blade as recommended in the manual provided, the same screws protruding (tightened: ok) and 2 plastic screws missing on the cover between the blade and its support...plus the support itself

Electric lawnmower well finished but a bit heavy, perfectly suited to flat gardens and not too tall grass. Battery discharged after 20 minutes of mowing. It will not be able to completely replace my thermal mower for a steep terrain of 2500M2.

Makita is a quality+ brand. Regarding the autonomy of this mower with its 2 batteries, the limit / autonomy is not at the top. On mid-high grass mowing, height/wheel adjustment at 8 on 900m² = 4 refills x 2 beats. therefore debatable. Take batteries at the minimum. of 5 amps. Beware of the "self-propelled", high energy consumer. Otherwise top product, ergonomic and pleasant. L
