This brushless twin pack includes the DHP483 brushless combi hammer drill with the DTD155 impact impact driver.

Model DHP483 is a Cordless Hammer Driver Drill powered by 18V Li-ion battery. Featuring the Makita Brushless motor, precision engineered to be up to 50% more efficient than a comparative model. Without brushes in place to apply friction a Brushless motor can produce a greater measure of torque per weight. With more torque at your disposal less power is required for day to day use, adding to the motors efficiency and extending the products overall lifetime as maintenance becomes less of an issue.

The Makita DHP483Z 18V LXT Brushless Combi Drill is a powerful and impressive ‘work-horse’ power tool for use at home and on site.

Well balanced, and full of features, this combi drill is incredibly versatile. With 2 mechanical gears, electric brake, and dual-rotation modes, this drill delivers up to 1700rpm no load speed, and up to 25,500bpm.

The soft grip handle allows for comfortable use over extended periods, while the LED light brightens up your work area. The drill is equipped with a battery protection circuit to prevent any damages from over-discharge, overload and high temperatures.

The speed of rotation is comfortably controlled by the trigger which allows for variable speeds, while the 13mm single sleeve keyless chuck allows for easy bit installation/removal by one hand.

The DHP483Z 18V LXT Brushless Combi Drill is certainly a capable drill all while being beautifully compact, with a maximum drill capacity in wood of 36mm, 13mm in both metal and masonry. It offers 21 torque settings with a maximum fastening torque of 40Nm and a keyless chuck capacity of 1.5-13mm
