Published on 02/10/2025, France5 stars for the product. I received my order in a deplorable state, why? Simply because the packaging was poor, with just a few air pockets inside that didn't survive shipping. The cardboard box had several holes; the package was undoubtedly thrown around rather than properly positioned during transport, which could have been avoided if the machine had been better protected. This was my first order, and I'm very disappointed. In the future, I hope the packages will be better protected.
