The Makita HP001GZ01 is a 40V Max XGT Brushless Combi Drill designed for high-demand professional users. It is the top-of-the-range model in Makita's brushless motor range of cordless combi drills, featuring an ergonomic design and outstanding performance in continuous heavy-duty applications. The drill is equipped with Active Feedback sensing Technology (AFT), which automatically shuts down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down.

Compact and handy, very powerful, solid. It is its weight but it does not bother more than it saw and it is necessary given the power. A function to cut off the LED lighting and save the battery when you don't need it would have been wise because it stays on for a relatively long time after pulling the trigger. Ergonomics and rotation inverter button at the top. We can discuss the electronic selection system of the tightening torque, we like it or we don't like it but it works very well. The handle and depth stop are easily mounted. A machine to recommend without hesitation.

I give 3 stars because having purchased from a non-Italian dealer, Makita did not let me extend the warranty to 3 years
