The Makita HR005GD202 XGT 40Vmax Rotary Hammer is designed for impact and unstressed drilling and chipping. It features a brushless motor that allows for cooler and more efficient operation, extending the tool's lifespan. The soft start feature ensures smooth start-ups, while the Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT) minimizes vibration, reducing user fatigue. Additionally, a battery protection circuit safeguards against overloading, over-discharging, and overheating. This rotary hammer is compatible with the Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS), which connects to compatible dust extractors via Bluetooth®.

I am very amazed at the performance and endurance of the device. The weight of the machine is also okay. I still have a slightly older, comparable 230v machine with the same impact strength at home and I can't see any difference in performance. I would buy the machine again at any time and can recommend it to anyone who already has batteries and a charger at home.
