Makita Orbital Sander Makpac Tool Case with Inlay for BO5031 BO5041 BO5030

I liked this case and inlay for my Makita BO5041 240V 5" Random Orbit Sander.  The case has plenty of space for the sander and cable, my vacuum adapter, plus a square space that I use for a few boxes of discs (which could be 5mm deeper) and a round bottomed space for loose discs. The case seems reasonably strong and shouldn’t break if dropped from a small height. The only downsides I found, but can live with, were there is not a side handle as well as the lid handle like the similar sized Dewalt T-Stak cases, meaning the case can only be carried at my side horizontally not vertically. Also the catches to close the case are plastic not metal like the Dewalt T-Stak. Sometimes the plastic catches can be awkward to locate with boxes of sanding discs in the case if they care not angled backwards, and I feared they may break if forced with boxes in the upright position.  So I only keep two boxes of sanding discs in the space, a spare pad saver which is in a slim box is on top of the sander.

Great case and inlay, keeps my sander protected and tidy, clips a bit of a pain.
