very good product to recommend to those who need an electric chainsaw

Chainsaw which did its job very well, except that there was a problem with the lubrication system of the core, I asked for a replacement, the defective part was replaced (it's not a big deal as long as it works) and a few weeks later , same problem again (I use special oil for blade lubrication), so I will ask for a refund and buy another model.

The product has a broken part (part that allows the chain to be stretched) after very little use. The retailer sees me again at the manufacturer, which is 1 hour and 10 minutes from my home.
