Applications: It is suitable for measuring honey, sugar, vegetables, condensed milk and vegetable oils, candies (syrup), fruit jam, molasses, and the concentration of beverages and soups.
Measuring range: 0-90% Brix (sugar content), resolution: 0.5% Brix (sugar content). Automatic temperature compensation (10°C ~ 30°C) and calibration screw (calibration "0").
Easy to use.
Place 2 or 3 drops of sample on the main prism, close the plate, and look through the window to read the Brix value. Accurate measurement: clear separation line (blue/white), good readability (visible daylight), adjustable eyepiece for focus adjustment. Calibration: zero calibration with distilled water at 20°C, automatic temperature compensation between 10°C and 30°C (ATC).Not used yet!
