This Metabo MetaBOX 145 is a resilient and robust tool storage box with moulded inserts specifically designed for the Metabo BS L, BS LT, SB L or SB LT 18V drills . This box is ideal for mobile working, serving as an excellent storage and transportation system for tools. It is IP43 rated for protection against moisture and dirt, guaranteeing your equipment will be safe against general wear and tear from the jobsite. This box can be easily stacked and coupled with other boxes, and optional accessories such as inserts (not included) can help provide organisation and structure to suit your needs. The box features two carrying handles - one for carrying the individual box, and another extra-wide handle to carry the box when stacked with other units.

The cases are not usable as they are, there are fixed bars in the cases that would have to be cut out. Unfortunately there is no indication of this in the offer text

The case is stable and practical! Actually, I would have needed an empty suitcase. It was not immediately clear from the description that this case has suitable bars for a specific machine. Since the empty suitcase would have been even more expensive, I decided simply remove the bridges!

I received my Metabo 18v sw ltx 2x 5.2 ah drill driver in a poor soft plastic case which was really hardware, I was disappointed and so I ordered this metabox to replace it and it is really perfect everything fits wonderfully inside and it's tough ...... the top.

METABO, a brand of the German company Metabo Werke Gmbh, is an epitome of German entrepreneurship. It was founded by Albrecht Schnizler in 1923 in Nürtingen (Baden-Württemberg), in the backroom of his parents' bakery. A passionate inventor, he designed the first hand-held drill capable of piercing metal, which was widely used at the time. Named the n°18, it sold over 50,000 units, mainly in Great Britain. In 1929, Metabo Werke was founded with two other partners; METABO derives from the German Metallbohrdreher, hand drill.
