Use: Suitable for measuring honey, honey, vegetables, condensed milk and vegetable oils, confectionery (syrup), fruit jam, molasses, and the concentration of drinks and soups.
Measuring range: 0-90% Brix (sugar content), resolution: 0.5% Brix (sugar content). Automatic temperature compensation (10°C ~ 30°C) and calibration screw (calibration "0").
Easy to use. Place 2-3 drops of sample on the main prism, close the plate and look through the window to read the Brix value.
Precision measurement: Clear dividing line (blue/white), good readability (visible in daylight), adjustable eyepiece for sharpness adjustment.
Calibration: Zero calibration with distilled water at 20°C, automatic temperature compensation between 10°C and 30°C (ATC).

The measuring scale is not straight, difficult to use correctly.
