The MinoSharp Sharpening Kit with Combination Stone Medium / Super Fine is designed to maintain the sharpness of Global knives, which are made from CROMOVA 18, a unique blade material that retains sharpness longer than most knives. This kit includes a holder and guide rails to assist in the sharpening process.

Installation

Soak the waterstone in water for 10-15 minutes before use.

Usage

Hold the knife at a 10-15 degree angle against the stone.

Sharpen using smooth, steady strokes, maintaining the same angle.

Alternate sides of the blade until sharp and free of burrs.

Do not wash or wipe away the wet powder during sharpening.

After sharpening, wash knives in hot water and towel dry.

Use sharpening guard rails to aid in achieving the correct angle.
