PRACTICAL: Mixing knife with 4 blades at different heights, for the Thermomix TM 31 food processor, gasket included. It is recommended to replace the knife every one to two years. DURABLE AND ROBUST: Replacement part, suitable for the Thermomix TM 31 food processor. Material: SUS420 stainless steel, which does not oxidize and is therefore food-safe. MULTIFUNCTIONAL: When rotating clockwise, the mixing knife chops, while when rotating counterclockwise, it mixes. Counterclockwise rotation is ideal for foods containing pieces of ingredients that should not be chopped. PRACTICAL: The blade bearing transmits the power from the motor to the blade. If the blade jams, the blade bearing breakage prevents overloading and damaging the motor. NOTE: When chopping frozen or other hard foods, for example, be sure to put small pieces in the blender bowl. This will prevent the blade from jamming.
