    • Installation

    Simply place the steamer in a wok or pot with some boiling water. The steam will enter the vessel through the bottom slats, cooking rice and other ingredients gently.

    Usage

  • Ideal for cooking sticky rice, basmati rice, vegetables, fish, Wan Tan, and Dim Sum
  • Cotton cloths prevent rice grains from slipping through the bottom
  • Serve delicious snacks directly from the baskets
  • Easy cleaning under running water; cotton cloths can be machine-washed at 40°C
