Installation
Wear the harness over your head like a shirt, ensuring the "X" where the shoulder straps cross is in the middle of your back.
Position the buckle near your waist.
Place the moving belt under the object to be lifted.
Each lifter should bend their knees and perform a half squat, keeping their back straight.
Thread one end of the strap under the buckle, behind the larger metal rod, then over and between the two rods, pulling the strap until taut.
Turn the buckle horizontally and pull the short end of the strap to tighten or shorten the length; the buckle locks in place when returned to vertical.
If excess strap remains, tie it around your body or store it in your pants pocket to avoid tripping hazards.
Usage
Press the object with your arms straight before standing to maintain proper alignment and shift the weight onto your shoulders and legs.
Slowly straighten your legs while pushing with your arms to lift the object safely.
