It would have been helpful to have the instructions included in box (marked on outside of carton) on delivery - better even if the emailed ones were up-to-date. Thankfully the fitter knew his business.
13 people found this helpfulTwo of the wardrobes where fine but one had a whole in the backboard which was there before it got packaged up and the delivery box had no marks on it so not great quality. Also white plastic piece that goes on the backboard was too big on one wardrobe and had to be cut and the other was too small revealing the join in the two back boards. Having had wardrobes from another company I would say these where not as cleverly put together as they could have been with some pilot holes missing also. Hence the 3 starts. Unfortunately the other company didn't have all the black wardrobes I needed otherwise I would stick to them in future.
9 people found this helpfulIt looks nice once built. But instructions would be far better printed out than on a QR code. You need plenty of room to erect. Take care as the wood has sharp edges as we found out! Delivery was fast within 3 days although my delivery date that I was given was 10 days. Recieved a phone call and was kept up to date. Delivery between 11am-7pm mine arrived at 8.15pm! Great product for the price and well packaged.
