The floor lamp is the right size for me, and the articulated arm system is practical in itself. However, it's leaning, and I don't know what to do right now. The biggest flaw is the lampshade; the fabric has been poorly faded. It leaves a puffy appearance, which isn't pretty when the lamp is on. I've filed a complaint, specifically to replace the lampshade. No response from the seller.
