The item doesn't match the one shown on the website. The mosquito nets aren't individually packaged in their boxes. There are 12 magnets, NOT 16. The cutter is missing. The quality is poor. P.S. I wasn't able to get a full refund (by returning the product), but only a partial one, after several emails and discount offers (like on the market).
