It is ideal, i live in a flat no garden or shed so it's perfect for me as it gives me a lader that I can put in a cupboard ???

Ok, start with the weight, heavier than it looks, be prepared when lifting. Extending each section is a doddle but watch out, as when you come to drop sections, when new, they stick a you can trap fingers trying to free up. Fully extended, ladders are very bouncy & takes a bit of courage to trust them not to break. One slight complaint, is that I wish the feet were square & flexible. As they are , only about 30% of feet are in contact with the ground when at the correct angle, maybe a stop plate might be a good buy to go with this purchase. Overall, good value, but wouldn’t use these hooked onto guttering, .
