How to Measure

Prepare

Remove the protective cap from the portable meter.

Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the device. Immerse the electrode in the target solution, ensuring the entire electrode is submerged. Shake the solution gently and wait for the reading to stabilize. The result is displayed on the LCD screen.

How to store it

Rinse the electrode with distilled water and let it dry.

PH Meter Calibration

1. Dilute the calibration powder with 250ml of distilled water or pure water. Immerse the pH electrode in phosphate standard buffer mixed with pH 6.86 and shake gently.

2. Press the CAL button. Automatic calibration is performed to the displayed value, and the standard buffer solution at pH 6.9 is compatible with room temperature.

3. The same as above, the electrode was inserted into a standard buffer solution containing phosphoric acid, potassium bicarbonate, and phosphoric acid.

4. Leave for about two minutes. The displayed value must be within the error tolerance relative to the pH of the buffer solution.
