no products foundTo secure your property day and night, an infrared barrier proves very useful. An alarm goes off if burglars enter your garden, pool, or driveway. It offers an excellent security/investment ratio. Requiring no maintenance and easy to install, you can set up your infrared barrier on a wall or pole in no time.
There are two types of infrared barriers: the wired infrared barrier and the solar infrared barrier. The infrared barrier consists of two posts: one transmitter and one receiver. Depending on the model, wired or solar, one of the posts is connected to the alarm control panel to trigger it in case of a breach. This transmission is done either by radio waves or by wire. When choosing infrared barriers, you need to consider various parameters, including range and power supply. Some models can transmit up to a hundred meters. Models powered by photovoltaic panels are more suitable for sunny locations. Designed for outdoor use, the infrared barrier withstands climatic variations (a temperature range of -25° to +60°C, depending on the model).
