How to use:1. Firmly attach the noodle maker to the edge of the cutting board. Pour warm water into the flour in the bowl (approximately a 5:2 ratio), add an appropriate amount of salt and sparkling water, and then add the eggs all at once.while mixing evenly. 2. Cut the dough into small pieces (about 10 mm) and dust them with a little dry flour. Insert each piece into the flat roller and turn the handle. 3. Remove the knob and turn it slightly to adjust the desired dough thickness. 4. Place some of the prepared dough onto the kneading roller, then turn the handle to produce dough balls. 5. Place the noodles in the cutting attachment, then insert the handle into the selected hole and turn the handle to produce the noodles. 6. Use a brush or cloth to clean after use.

Note:When preparing dough and noodles, do not turn the crank in the opposite direction, otherwise the machine parts will be damaged. Please apply oil regularly to keep the rotating parts clean.
