Usage

For tough stains, scrape off dirt and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth.

If necessary, use a wool washing liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning.

Use only rug recommended cleaners.

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

Airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally one or two days) allows the natural scent of the material to fade.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle of the rug without rubbing.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

This product may sporadically shed due to its fabric, which is a standard process and not considered a defect.

Each rug is hand-made and unique, so the shade and pattern may vary slightly from the model presented in the picture.

After unpacking, the rug requires some time to reach its desired state; it is recommended to unfold it as soon as possible and give it up to 72 hours to straighten, placing a heavy weight on the ends for better effect.

Production technique: Hand tufting involves injecting yarn into the backing of the rug using a special needle, resulting in individual threads that can sometimes come loose.
